Per coloro nati e cresciuti sul finire degli anni 90 con il cantautorato americano, di matrice folk, è una gran bella notizia. A distanza di sei anni, l’ultimo lavoro fu “Dream River”, ecco tornare Bill Callahan che i più conoscono con il moniker di SMOG.
“Shepherd in a Sheepskin Vest“, questo il titolo del prossimo album, uscirà il 13 giugno per la label Drag City. Un disco interamente acustico che conterrà ben 20 brani. Callahan ha anche annunciato un tour europeo che purtroppo non prevede tappe italiane.
